Emmerdale cast: Who plays Natalie on Emmerdale? Who is actress Thea Beyleveld?

EMMERDALE welcomed actress Thea Beyleveld to its cast in 2019 as Natalie, the potential surrogate mum to Robert Sugden and Aaron Dingle. But who is the actress who plays Natalie and where may viewers recognise her from?

Natalie (played by Thea Beyleveld) made her debut on Emmerdale earlier this month as the possible surrogate mother for Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) and Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller). The actress joined the ITV soap’s cast and will appear more and more on-screen in the coming weeks as Robron aims for a child of their own. Here is all you need to know about the actress who plays Natalie.

Who plays Natalie on Emmerdale?

Natalie on Emmerdale is played by actress and soap newcomer Thea Beyleveld.

Emmerdale viewers witnessed Natalie make her first appearance in the village in early April 2019.

The ITV soap will see her return once again in tonight’s episode (Tuesday, April 23) as she continues to speak with Robron about their surrogacy plans.

Robert and Aaron were left fearing their chances at surrogacy were over when Natalie first stepped into the village thanks to Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter) and Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards).

Faith and Bear lied to Natalie about Robert and Aaron’s lives, leading to a rather disgruntled reaction from Natalie.

However, Natalie has given the pair another chance and will discuss the possibility once again.

As Natalie returns to chat with Robert and Aaron in Tuesday night’s episodes, the group face another obstacle.

Liv (Isobel Steele) joins the trio for their discussion about moving forward.

When criminal pasts are brought up, Aaron and Liv decide to open up about their history.

Aaron has previously served time in prison for GBH while Liv was sent to a young offender’s institute after accidentally spiking Lisa Dingle (Jane Cox).

Natalie appears hesitant, to say the least, after making the discovery about the pair.

Emmerdale viewers will have to tune in to find out whether or not Natalie decides to scrap any surrogacy plans.

In the meantime, soap fans have been scouring the web to discover where they recognise actress Beyleveld from.

Emmerdale may be Beyleveld’s first soap role but she has appeared on TV before.

Beyleveld has landed a role in ITV crime drama Bancroft when it returns later this year.

On the big screen, the Emmerdale actress has also enjoyed a number of parts.

The soap star appeared in short film Pedigree, which received a BAFTA/LA Student Film Award nomination back in 2015.

She’s also starred in short films A Problem Shared and I Want to be Happy Cha Cha Cha.

Beyleveld is the latest actress to join the Emmerdale cast in 2019 following in the footsteps of characters Max (Jordan Reece), Aiesha (Shila Iqbal), Will Taylor (Dean Andrews), and Bear Wolf.

Natalie and Robron’s ongoing surrogacy storyline is just one of many gripping plots to unfold in the coming weeks.

Emmerdale viewers will also see whether or not Maya Stepney (Louisa Clein) and Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant)  will be exposed for their controversial relationship.

Jacob and Maya’s age gap means he was just 15 when it began.

There’s also the small matter of James Tate’s (Alexander Lincoln) return to come face-to-face with mum Kim Tate (Claire King).

Add to the mix Lisa Dingle leaving and a potential return for Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) and there is no better time to be an Emmerdale fan.

Emmerdale continues on ITV on weeknights at 7pm.
